At SaveBig, your satisfaction and the health of your plants are our top priorities. We take great care in delivering beautiful, thriving plants and cacti, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item.
- Quality Concerns: If the plant does not meet the expected quality standards.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than the ones listed above.
Return Window
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Photos of the plant and packaging (if applicable)
- Processing Your Request:
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. - Resolution:
- For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For replacements, a new plant will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Plants showing signs of neglect or mishandling after delivery.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
